Lofaso was a student of legendary chefs and absorbed their sophisticate techniques however she wasn't afraid to make bold decisions to be true to her own instincts. As she rose up the ranks and transforming several Los Angeles high-profile restaurants while being in contact with celebrities. Lofaso collaborated along with Sal Aurora to create Black Market Liquor Bar, a new bar situated in Studio City. Lofaso's home was found within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business relationships.
