LeBron Raymone James Sr., born December 30, 1984, is an American professional basket ball player who represents the Los Angeles Lakers (NBA). The nickname is King James he is widely considered one of the greatest athletes of all time. He is often compared to Michael Jordan in debates over the greatest basketball player in history. James has won four NBA Championships and the four NBA MVP Awards as well as Four NBA Finals MVP Awards and three All-Star MVP Awards. He has also won 2 Olympic gold medals. James has scored the most points in the playoffs the second most career points and has the seventh most career assists. James has been the NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, which is a record. James has also been selected for the NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. The third highest number of NBA Finals ever was ten which included eight consecutive games between 2011-2018. James was selected to the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player with 10,000 points, rebounds and assists in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School, located in Akron Ohio. The national media hailed James as an NBA player of the year. In preparation for his professional career his dream, his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the top pick during the NBA draft of 2003. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of Year the player quickly became one of the league's premier players, winning his NBA MVP title in both 2009 and 2010. James, who failed to be crowned the champion at Cleveland in 2010 was released as a free agent and signed with the Miami Heat. This was revealed in The Decision.
